I am Memphis-based attorney Mike Parham. Parham Estate Law was founded on the belief that all clients deserve a high level of attention and something more than just a cookie-cutter estate plan. Some of the larger firms are focused on maximizing the number of clients they serve; my goal is to maximize the level of service I deliver to my clients. People come to my office with the goal of securing their family’s future; I believe that requires more than simply filling out forms.

I opened my solo practice in Memphis to provide a better way of helping people set up estate plans. In my experience, no two people are the same. I see people with small estates who just want a simple will as well as people with extensive assets looking for trusts and other specialized documents. No matter what your needs are, I can work with you to develop a plan that meets your goals.

For three decades, I have been helping the people of Memphis and the surrounding area with estate planning issues from wills and trusts to tax law and probate. My approach to estate planning is to get to know you first, then develop a plan customized to your goals. I always remain objective, answer questions in plain English and make sure you’re comfortable with the plan we create before you sign anything.

An Experienced Planner With Strong Credentials

My credentials include a Master of Law (LL.M.) in estate planning and an estate planning specialist certification from the state of Tennessee. I am a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a guest lecturer at the Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School.
